On Sunday, September 7th at 7:45am, Jack very peacefully breathed his last breath, earned his angel wings, and joined the heavenly chorus. We are so thankful for all of the prayers and blessings you have been sending our way and the outpouring of love we have received. Jack was diagnosed in 2007 with Menkes Kinky Hair Syndrome. It's a terrible disease that affects boys and causes their cells to reject the absorption of copper, a mineral that the body does not need much of, but what it needs is vitally essential to connective tissue, neurological development and... life.
